DIRECTIONS: To use as a bath or foot soak, place the desired amount of bath milk in the organza bag, tie it shut, and put it in the tub / foot bath. Soak your troubles away for at least 20 minutes. Clean tub / foot bath after each use. To use as a body mask, create a paste out of the powder with your choice of liquid, cream, gel, or yogurt; apply it to the skin; leave on for 10 minutes; then rinse with warm water.
